How about this for online earning potential?

A look at the figures on the right hand side of this ONE MONTH adsense cheque will prove the financial potential websites have.

Of course to make this kind of money online you need to have a great website, plenty of traffic and an astute business strategy.
The payment is real (and long banked by now). Of course no one can be sure just how much was spent to create that revenue, however the owner of the cheque assured me that no adwords revenue was involved. It is possible that another contextual advertising program was used to pass traffic to a site/page that contained adsense (adsense arbitrage) but that’s a whole other story.

Well this is a new one for me, perhaps you may have seen this before on your own site but I have never seen an adsense tower ad showing one single (alone) image link amongst the other text links. Normally that should just be a tower of 5 text links.

I expect to see FULL SIZE banner ads in the tower because I think that tower is set to show text link ads OR image ads (which reminds me I need to go and check the code for that blog to see what ads should be displayed)

It is strange that Google is able to ‘mess’ with ads without consulting the site owners in some way or by providing more options directly in the adsense control panel.

Ok, so this has to be the daddy of online adsense earnings! (although apparently it represents 2 months earnings) It certainly is a huge amount of income, If you haven’t fainted yet then at least lift up that bottom jaw!

It is in $CAN so you need to divide it by 2 for GBP, but even still £450,000 for two months is not too shabby. The owner of the cheque was reported to be earning $40/day in 2003. Since then his income has sky rocketed as his website has become more popular around the web and now serves in excess of 15 million pages/day.

It is almost enough to make you think it might be worthwhile joining a pay per click revenue scheme!
